An assisted living center has arisen on the corner of the Bovenkerkerweg and the Sportlaan in Amstelveen.
The complex is made up of a high rise building containing 53 three-room apartments and a low rise building containing 8 small communal housing groups and 60 two-room apartments. The ground floor houses a restaurant and a number of rooms for general use.
Assisted living complex de Luwte has a diverse assortment of housing possibilities and therefore can offer various forms of care.
The project offers housing that is well adjusted to the current needs of senior citizens as diversity and personal freedom are guaranteed, while offering an attractive and modern place to live.
