The landmark entrance to the city

In the coming years a new Best Western hotel with 125 rooms, a restaurant and conference center will arise along the highway at the exit Woerden. The hotel is part of the urban plan “the front garden of Woerden” and will form the landmark entrance to the city.

The sustainable ambition of the client is to build a hotel at the “green key gold” standard (the sustainability label of the hotel branche)

Besides the architectural design Royal Haskoning is also commissioned for the preparation of the zoning, the structural engineering, building services and project management.
