Parkplateau over the
A2 motorway
Eindoven, the Netherlands
The Parkplateau is the key feature to put Eindhoven on the map as a city where innovation, ecology and a daring attitude go hand-in-hand; an ecological link with a high-tech touch. The Parkplateau is both a landmark for motorists on the A2 motorway and the point of recognition for and the image of the connection between city and countryside.
The Parkplateau is part of the ‘Drieluik Landelijk Strijp’ (Rural Strijp Triptych) development scheme for the greater Eindhoven area and is designed together with Enno Zuidema Stedebouw, author of the ‘Drieluik Landelijk Strijp’ and veenenbosenbosch landschapsarchitecten.
