Le Carré Zwolle

This building complex forms the last part of the Hanzeland Zwolle town centre regeneration. The design has been made in cooperation with Mecanoo Architects. Both architectures flow along the building mass, and meet each other in various places, The parking garage has been architecturally integrated. The end result is a hybrid urban complex, which provides a pleasant addition to the local urban fabric thanks to the publicly attainable courtyards. The building comprises of 32,000 m2 of letting offices and includes special functions like a nursery and a public hall.
