Customer Contact Center, Almere

For the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) of ABN AMRO Bank 280 work stations have been created in an existing office building for call agents. A quiet, homely environment with real warmth is created by means of carefully using colours and frosted glass-walls. The workstations are spacious and there are rest areas with comfy seating, drinking machines and a glassed smoking-space.
Royal Haskoning, in coordination with ABN AMRO, drew up the architectonical and technical designs and were also responsible for the project management and site supervision.
