Betuwe Infrastructure

A Masterplan Design has been drafted in which all elements of the Betuweroute railway (structural works, noise barriers, overhead wires, service buildings) are combined into integrated designed principles. The Masterplan is based on facilitating heavy carriage of goods and dynamic trade. The basis of the design is to optimise costs, landscape and ecology. Much attention has been paid to light, openness, good finishing and with safe pedestrian underpasses.
