Green Field Factory

The general assignment was to design a “state-of-the-art” technology factory located at Dubai Investments Park, Dubai, U.A.E. The Green Field
project covers a total plot gross area of approximately 140,000 sqm.
The intended factory will have several production lines for soft drinks, water and juices and allows expansion in the future.

The facility will include; a state of the art technology factory to
accomodate a total of ten operating lines, factory utilities and services, administration building, raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, employee building, site utilities, external areas with hard and soft landscapes, and an executive building.
