Office with Technolab

“Oudeland” te Berkel en Rodenrijs

The small office building consists of 500 m2 in two floors placed squared on top of each other. The building is designed to allow for an extension of 170 m2 under one of the wings. The location is chosen right next to a monumental farmhouse. Because of that, the design had to be transparant. The façade has been chosen to comply with these requirements and to allow for a free view over the countryside.
