Aveant Rosendael

Care Home Rosendael is transformed into the centre piece of the living community Overvecht-North. Royal Haskoning did the uban planning analyses, developed the vision with the project developer Aveant and has finally drawn up the urban masterplan.

The parcs and the surrounding neigbourhood form into one coherent area. Parc the Gagel slowly turns into a grass field on a roof top up to the Indusdreef. Underneath that roof are the communal area’s of the Transmural Centre of Overvecht. Also underneath are a restaurant, a café, a school, a daycare centre, small living arrangements and parking. All these facilities are located aroud a central passage at the East side.
The green roof is interrupted by small patio’s that provide daylight for the underlying facilities.
