Princess Máxima opens Produs Training College in Arnhem, The Netherlands
Princess Máxima opened the new building for the Training College of Produs in Arnhem, The Netherlands, on 8 February 2011. She did so by unveiling a "Produs-flag” in front of an artwork made by pupils from the school. Then a spectacular dance was performed by a group of students. After the opening ceremony Princess Maxima was guided through the school building.

Completion Wenneker building in Schiedam
On Friday January 28th, the Wenneker building in downtown Schiedam was completed. Starting as a feasibility study in 2007, the process finally resulted in the conversion of this old jenever distillery into a multi-tenant cultural centre.

President Mohamed Nasheed at Gulhi Falhu to visit "Eye of Maldives"
President Mohamed Nasheed visited Gulhi Falhu yesterday, a lagoon North West of Malé that is being reclaimed to develop into a commercial and residential zone. The Government of the Maldives in its efforts to enhance the economic potential of the Maldives started the reclamation and development of the lagoon at Gulhi Falhu in September 2010.

New church “De Fontein” te Nijkerk (Netherlands) delivered
In December 2010,  the new churchbuilding “De Fontein” (the Fountain) for the community  “De hervormde wijkgemeente van bijzondere aard” in Nijkerk (Overijssel, the Netherlands) is delivered. Mari Baauw (Royal Haskoning Architects) is the architect of this particular church. This competition winning design is the answer to the question for an appropriate home for this special community.

Construction new power plant of Nuon at Eemshaven is progressing
The construction of the new power plant of Nuon at Eemshaven is progressing. With the development of this plant, Nuon Magnum Multi Fuel, Nuon fills in the growing energy needs. The production is based on the multi-fuel concept. A concept where multiple fuels like gas, biomass and coal can be used. In phase 1 NUON starts with gas.
